Ingredients
0.7 lb ribeye steak (≈ 11 oz raw)
4 large eggs
1 avocado
1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking)
1 tbsp herbed compound butter (optional)
Salt & cracked black pepper
Instructions
Ribeye
Season generously with salt and cracked black pepper.
Heat a cast iron pan over high heat with olive oil or butter.
Sear ribeye 3–4 minutes per side to desired doneness.
Remove from pan and rest with herbed compound butter on top.
Eggs
Crack eggs into a bowl and lightly whisk.
Scramble over low heat with a touch of butter until soft and fluffy.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Avocado
Dice avocado fresh.
Finish with a pinch of salt.
Plate Build
Place ribeye on the plate and slice if desired.
Add scrambled eggs alongside.
Finish with diced avocado for contrast.
