Cook Time: 8 minutes
Serves: 1
Skill Level: Easy
Ingredients
2 tbsp homemade blueberry syrup (recipe below)
2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
¾ cup full-fat oat milk
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
Optional: extra blueberry syrup for drizzling
Blueberry Syrup (Makes Multiple Servings)
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup water
1 tbsp vanilla extract (added after cooling)
Instructions
Make the Blueberry Syrup
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine blueberries, brown sugar, and water (2:2:1 ratio).
Cook 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries burst and mixture thickens slightly.
Blend until smooth, then strain if desired.
Once cooled, stir in vanilla extract.
Store extra syrup in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
Pull the Espresso
Brew two shots of espresso or prepare strong brewed coffee.
Heat the Milk
Steam or warm oat milk until hot and lightly frothy. Full-fat oat milk gives the creamiest texture.
Assemble the Latte
Add 2 tbsp blueberry syrup to your mug.
Pour in espresso, then top with steamed oat milk.
Stir gently to combine.
Finish
Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
Optional: drizzle extra blueberry syrup for a visual finish.

Pro tip: That syrup is a sleeper hit — unreal over pancakes or in iced drinks.
