Instructions
Latte Build
Brew espresso (or strong coffee).
In a mug or glass, stir 2 tbsp Banana Bread Special Syrup into espresso.
Add steamed or iced oat milk and stir gently.
Finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon.

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup water
1 tbsp bourbon vanilla bean paste (added after cooking)
Instructions
Simmer the Base
In a saucepan, combine bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water.
Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring often.
Break It Down
Reduce heat and simmer 7–10 minutes, until bananas soften and the mixture thickens slightly.
Blend & Strain
Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve for a velvety syrup.
Finish with Vanilla
Once slightly cooled, stir in bourbon vanilla bean paste.
Store It
Pour into a jar and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
