Breakfast Meil Iced Latte
Check out our first video production! A simple, layered iced latte built for slow mornings and quick routines alike. This one leans slightly sweet with brown sugar, maple, and honey, rounded out with a touch of cinnamon and finished with frothed oat milk for a smooth, balanced finish. My go-to iced latte build.
Ingredients
1 scoop brown sugar
Light pour maple syrup
Drizzle of honey
Dash of cinnamon
Fresh espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
Ice
Oat milk (for frothing)
Instructions
Brew fresh espresso.
While hot, stir in brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, and cinnamon until fully dissolved.
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour the sweetened espresso over the ice.
Froth oat milk until light and airy.
Pour frothed oat milk over the top.
Serve immediately.
Chef Notes
Mixing everything into the hot espresso helps fully dissolve the sugars for a smoother finish.
Adjust sweetness depending on your maple syrup and honey — a little goes a long way.
For a cleaner look, pour the oat milk slowly to create a layered effect.
Why This Works
Building the sweetness directly into the hot espresso allows everything to fully combine before chilling. The result is a smoother, more balanced iced latte with depth from the brown sugar, warmth from the maple, and a rounded finish from the honey and oat milk.
